Refund Process

  • 2. For security and to prevent abuse, we may request a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driving license).
    • Important: The name on the payment must match the name on the ID.
  • 3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  • 4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Partial Refunds

  • If your tax return has already been downloaded or provided, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund.
  • The partial refund reflects the portion of the service already delivered.
  • The exact amount will be determined by our support team based on service usage.

Refund Conditions
