Refund Process

- 2. For security and to prevent abuse, we may request a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driving license).
- Important: The name on the payment must match the name on the ID.
- 3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- 4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Partial Refunds
- If your tax return has already been downloaded or provided, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund.
- The partial refund reflects the portion of the service already delivered.
- The exact amount will be determined by our support team based on service usage.
Refund Conditions
- Requests showing signs of abuse or multiple accounts may be declined to ensure fair use for all customers.
- If a discount code was used, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, not the original price.
